"Soft and comfortable without feeling flimsy"
I got these jeans last week, and the fabric was the first thing I noticed. It’s soft, but not in that thin, cheap-feeling way. I wore them for a full day and they never felt stiff or annoying, which is usually my biggest issue with new jeans

I’ve washed it a few times now and it’s held up well. No fuss, no weird shrinking or falling apart, just looks good like you’d expect something decent to after normal washing.

My first thought was that something had gone wrong. It took two weeks to show up, and I didn’t get any updates until it was already delivered. Frustrating.

"Refund took longer than it should have"
I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s been frustrating. I get that these things can take time, but when money is tied up and there’s not much reassurance, it just leaves you feeling ignored. Not a great experience so far.

I ordered my usual size and felt confident in the fit right away. They were a little snug at first, but after wearing them for a bit they loosened up nicely and felt comfortable. Overall, I’m really happy with them—they’re flattering and easy to wear. I just wish the length was a tiny bit shorter...

"Shopping on the site was kind of a pain"
The clothes themselves looked alright, but the website was annoying to use. It felt slow, and I kept getting a little confused trying to find stuff. The filters didn’t really work that well for me, and checkout took a few tries before it finally went through. It wasn’t terrible, but yeah, it made the whole shopping thing more frustrating than it needed to be

I ordered a pair of jeans from Hyperdenim, but the fit just wasn’t right on me, so I ended up needing to exchange them.
The return process was straightforward, and customer support got back to me after about a day. Not the fastest response ever, but they WERE helpful and got the right size sent out.
I’m only taking off one star because the whole thing took a bit longer than I expected. Overall though, it worked out fine, and I’d still order from them again

"Delivery was mostly reliable"
I ordered from hyperdenim.com last week, and the delivery showed up around when they said it would. I did get tracking updates, which were maybe not super detailed, but still enough to know where things stood. The package arrived in good shape and nothing was missing. I’m taking off one star because the shipping wasn’t exactly fast, but overall it was reliable.
